【摘要】:Thisstandard:?definestheforcesandmomentstobetakenintoaccountwithreferencetomasses,tractionandbrakingconditions;?givesthestresscalculationmethodforaxleswithoutsideaxlejournals;?specifiesthemaximumpermissiblestressestobeassumedincalculationsforsteelgradeEA1NdefinedinEN13261;?describesthemethodfordeterminationofthemaximumpermissiblestressesforothersteelgrades;?determinesthediametersforthevarioussectionsoftheaxleandrecommendsthepreferredshapesandtransitionstoensureadequateserviceperformance.Thisstandardisapplicableto:?solidandhollowpoweredaxlesforrailwayrollingstock;?solidandhollownon-poweredaxlesofmotorbogies;?solidandhollownon-poweredaxlesoflocomotives3;?axlesdefinedinprEN13261;?allgauges.ThisstandardisapplicabletoaxlesfittedtorollingstockintendedtorunundernormalEuropeanconditions.Beforeusingthisstandard,ifthereisanydoubtastowhethertherailwayoperatingconditionsarenormal,itisnecessarytodeterminewhetheranadditionaldesignfactorhastobeappliedtothemaximumpermissiblestresses.Thecalculationofwheelsetsforspecialapplications(e.g.tamping/lining/levellingmachines)maybemadeaccordingtothisstandardonlyfortheloadcasesoffree-runningandrunningintrainformation.Thisstandarddoesnotapplytoworkloadcases.Theyarecalculatedseparately.Forlightrailandtramwayapplications,otherstandardsordocumentsagreedbetweenthecustomerandsuppliermaybeapplied.
