【摘要】:Theresultsofthistestmethodcanbeusedtoevaluatethepickleweight-loss(massloss)characteristicsofagivenlotofsheetsteelindilutesulfuricacidsolution,andmayenabletheenamelprocessortoselectapicklingtimethatwillprovidesatisfactoryporcelainenamelbond.Theresultsofthistestmethodcanbeusedtoevaluatetheeffectivenessoftheenamelprocessor''spretreatmentsysteminpreparingthesteelforporcelainenameling,andmayaidtheprocessorinobtainingsatisfactoryporcelainenamelbond.1.1Thistestmethodcoverstheevaluationoftheweight-loss(massloss)characteristicsofsheetsteelinsulfuricacidsolution.1.2Thistestmethodprovidesmeansofratingtheeffectivenessofin-plantpretreatmentacidsolutionsinpreparingsteelsurfacesforporcelainenameling.1.3Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesinparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
