【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardcoversallsignificanthazardsasidentifiedbyriskassessment(seeEN1050),whicharelistedinclause4ofthisstandard,relevanttocentrifugesforprocessingedibleoilsandfats,whentheyareusedasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer.Itspecifiessafetyandhygienerequirementsforthedesign,manufacture,use,maintenanceandcleaningofcentrifugalmachines.Thenormaloperatingmethodsaredescribedin3.2.Thisstandarddoesnotapplytomachinesusingsolventextractionandancillarymachines(e.g.conveyors,hoppers,etc.).Itisnotapplicabletobasketcentrifuges.ThisEuropeanStandardisapplicableprimarilytomachineswhicharemanufacturedafterthedateofapprovalbyCEN.
