【摘要】:Thisstandardspecifiesrequirementssothat:-Itisindependentofthetypeofthethermallysprayedstructure.-Itdefinesqualityrequirementsforthermalsprayingbothinworkshopsandonsite.-Itprovidesguidancefordescribingamanufacturer'scapabilitytoproducethermallysprayedconstructionstomeetspecifiedrequirements.-Itmayalsobeusedasabasisforassessingthemanufacturerinrespecttohisthermalsprayingcapability.Thisstandardisappropriatewhendemonstrationofamanufacturer'scapabilitytoproducethermallysprayedconstruction,fulfillingspecifiedqualityrequirements,arespecifiedinoneormoreofthefollowing:-acontractbetweeninvolvedparties;-anapplicationstandard;-aregulatoryrequirement.Therequirementscontainedwithinthisstandardmaybeadoptedinfullormaybeselectivelydeletedbythemanufacturerifnotapplicabletotheconstructionconcerned.Theyprovideaflexibleframeworkforthecontrolofthermalsprayinginthefollowingcases:-Case1ToprovidespecificrequirementsforthermalsprayingincontractswhichrequirethemanufacturertohaveaqualitysystemotherthanENISO9001orENISO9002.-Case2Toprovidespecificrequirementsforthermalsprayingincontractswhichrequirethemanufacturerdevelopingaqualitysystem.-Case3Toprovidespecificrequirementsforthermalsprayinginapplicationstandardswhichusesthermalsprayingaspartofitsrequirementsorinacontractbetweenrelevantparties.
