【摘要】:ISO/IEC7501-1:2008isintendedforuseinallapplicationsrelatingtomachinereadablepassports(MRPs).ItspecifiestheformandprovidesguidanceontheconstructionofMRPs,inparticularinrelationtothoseaspectsoftheMRPwheredetailsoftherightfulholderarepresentedinaformwhichisbothvisualandmachinereadable.ItequallydefinesthespecificationstobeusedbyStateswishingtoissueanelectronicallyenabledversionoftheMRP(ePassport)forsecurecarriageandaccesstoanexpandedsetofdetails,includinggloballyinteroperablebiometricdataforconfirmingthepresenterastherightfulholderoftheePassport.
