【摘要】:Thepyridinebasecontentofcresylicacidsisimportantincertainapplications.Thistestmethodmaybeusedasatoolforqualitycontrolandspecificationpurposesbyproducersandusers.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofpyridineandotherbasicnitrogenimpuritiesincrudeandrefinedcresylicacidsstreams,includingmixtures.1.2Thistestmethodisapplicableforpyridinebaselevelsof0.001%to0.5%.1.3Indeterminingtheconformanceofthetestresultsusingthismethodtoapplicablespecifications,resultsshallberoundedoffinaccordancewiththerounding-offmethodofPracticeE29.1.4ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Forspecifichazardstatements,seeSection8.
