【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoversfloortilesmadeofahomogeneousmixtureoflinoleumcementbindercalenderedorpressedontoafibrousorsuitablebacking.Thisspecificationalsocoverslinoleumfloortilewithoutbacking.1.2Fourtypesoflinoleumfloortilearecovered.Thefloorcoveringisintendedforuseincommercial,lightcommercial,andresidentialbuildingsbasedonserviceabilitycharacteristics.Generalinformationandperformancecharacteristics,whichdetermineserviceabilityandrecommendeduse,areincludedinthisdocument.1.3Thefollowingsafetyhazardscaveatpertainsonlytothetestmethodsportion,Sections7and8,ofthisspecification.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatoryrequirementspriortouse.1.4Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard;thevaluesinparenthesesareprovidedforinformationonly.
