【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoversdeformedandplainsteelreinforcingbarswithadualcoatingofzincalloyandanepoxycoating.Thezincalloylayerisappliedbythethermalspraycoatingmethod(metallizing)followedbyanepoxycoatingappliedbytheelectrostaticspraymethod.NOTE1—Thecoatingapplicatorisidentifiedthroughoutthisspecificationasthemanufacturer.1.2RequirementsofthezinccoatingarecontainedinTable1.3Requirementsforfusion-bondedpowdercoatingsarecontainedinAnnexA1.1.4GuidelinesforconstructionpracticesatthejobsitearepresentedinAppendixX1.1.5ThisspecificationisapplicableforordersineitherSIunitsorinchpoundsunits.1.6ThevaluesstatedineitherSIorinch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Withinthetext,theinch-poundunitsareshowninbrackets.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemarenotexactequivalents;therefore,eachsystemmustbeusedindependentlyoftheother,exceptasspecificallynotedinTable2.Combiningvaluesfromthetwosystemsmayresultinnonconformancewiththisspecification.1.7Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
